Scope of work:    Structural audit and preparation of all refurbishment details including floor stiffening, provision of transfer beams and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzcolumn removal, new details for canopy, load-bearing masonry stairx structure, steel stairway details, new balcony with zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzroof frame.
